WALFORM technology consists of 3 parts: 24-degree cone fitting, designed nut and sealing ring. The standardzed pipe ends are connected by DIN standard joints and nuts. The sealing devices are installed on possible leakage point. The joint complies with DIN 2353 and ISO8434-1 standards. Its characteristics include high pressure level resistant, leak-proof, reliable pipe fixing, easy installation and high dynamic bearing capacity. Through the steel pipe forming equipment, the steel pipe is cold-extruded and reshaped, so that the deformation of the steel pipe is uniform.
