Polyacrylate rubber is an elastomer with alkyl ester acrylate as the main component. It has good petrochemical oil resistance, high temperature resistance and weather resistance.
– Good oxidation resistance and weather resistance
– Has properties of anti-bending and anti-deformation
– Excellent resistance to oil
– Not suitable for hot water
– Not suitable for brake oil
– Low temperature resistance
– Not suitable for phosphate ester
However, it is not satisfactory in terms of mechanical tensile, compression set and water resistance, inferior to ordinary oil-resistant rubber. The normal use temperature range is -25 ~ 170 °C.
The ACM is applicable to automotive transmission oil, automotive transmission system, automotive steering system and power system seals.
